A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party company providing those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that query. If you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to respond.
Data We Gather Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review combined traffic patterns to maintain the site and understand page use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may rely on cookies or similar tools.
How the Data Is Used
Data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic counts, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor assemble individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to Maricopa County and Arizona portals, archives, library collections, and outside search tools. Each destination controls information submitted there under its own privacy terms. Sponsored search results are supplied by a separate company.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
An encrypted connection protects data in transit. Logs are retained only as long as their stated purpose requires. Because the site has no user accounts, it stores no account password or member profile.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Your residence may give you rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a website. The project research did not identify a comprehensive Arizona consumer-privacy statute that changes this general notice. Because we retain very little, a request normally means checking contact mail and available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Arizona, Maricopa County, and Fountain Hills public records are outside our control; requests about those files must go to the responsible custodian.
